DIAGNOSED WITHÂ COVID-19?
If you have COVID-19, you will not book to enter nor attend / participate in any SMX event.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 after you have booked in to an event, please contact us re. cancelling your booking.

INSTRUCTED TO SELF ISOLATE?
If you have been told to self isolate, you will not attend or participate in any SMX event.
If you are booked in to an event, please contact us re. cancelling your booking.
RIDER DECLARATION AT EVENT
All riders will be asked to declare at signing on that they have not tested positive or been required to self-isolate as a result of having had symptoms related to COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has been infected with the virus in the ten days leading up to the event
SIGNING ON PROTOCOLS
For the safety of all, riders / officials will be required to wear a mask when signing on.

Hand sanitizer will be provided for use before / after signing on.

Wherever possible, as a further safety precaution, please provide your own pen for signing on.
