I expect you are hacked off as I am about the numbers of cancelled meetings recently due to weather conditions. I have been working on the tracks every week leading to the meetings and to see them wrecked by rain, ice and snow as well as being unable to hold a meeting is galling to say the least. Cancelling this number of meetings has been unprecedented since the Foot and Mouth outbreak. All tracks have been drained in readiness for a few days dry weather prior to and including race day. Fingers crossed!!

If you have not renewed your membership now would be the time to use the money you have saved by not riding, then when you next ride you will benefit from the better value membership fee.

Membership is £58.75 (unchanged for 2010) plus £13 ORPA licence fee. This means that as a member you will pay £31 per meeting instead of the full non-member's fee of £46. (£43 if you have an ORPA licence from another ORPA affiliated club.) This is a saving of £15 per meeting.
